Taylor Ministry Group (“TMG”, “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through taylorministry.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Forms you fill out (speaking requests, interest lists, Send Team sign-ups, newsletter, free guides): your name, email, phone if given, and your message.
• Store orders: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Course accounts: name, email, password (stored encrypted), and your course progress.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our server keeps short-lived logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To answer your request, fulfill and ship orders, give you access to courses, and send the ministry updates you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who else handles it

Only the services needed to run the ministry: our card payment processor for purchases, our email provider for messages you asked to receive, and Zeffy for donations (Zeffy’s own privacy policy applies to gifts made there).

Email updates

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we’ll remove you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Order records may need to be kept for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
